There will be a prompt "Deleting this device will also delete related automations" To delete a network, tap on the middle area of the home screen of Deco app (the "Everything looks good" area), then tap on the three dots at the top right corner, then select "Delete Network" (shown in red) If you are already on the network that you wish to delete, since you can still see the "Network page", is the network you want to delete working well?
